ELL APV Form
CMU programs are approved as meeting Colorado state English Learner standards. Use the ELL APV Form to have the English learner professional learning designation on your license.

Career Services has provided a few short PowerPoints and examples of resumes and cover letters for first-time teacher applicants. Career Services also does phone/Zoom mock interviews. They can review resumes/cover letters if they send them to [email protected].

Approved Program Verification Form:
- CMU Teacher Ed programs are approved as meeting Colorado state English Language Learner standards, as such candidates should NOT use the APV form on the CDE website, but the one we provide at http://132a.nihonnkazamidori.com/teacher-education/info/apvformcoonly1.pdf
- Principal applicant must complete section A (top portion) of form
- Must be submitted to Teacher Ed at [email protected] for completion
- Form found online at http://www.cde.state.co.us/cdeprof/approved_program_verification_form
- Form will be returned to applicant to upload to their CDE application
